"I have eaten in this beautiful restaurant the best risotto in my life. I said at the chef after her risotto, I can say that the risotto that I have eaten to this day was not it was very subtle : much taste (spring oignon, ginger,...cook lemon)! afterwards I choose the vegamisu (a real speciality in this restaurant) on the rat of the waitress, it was light and very fragrant, I. everything was perfect! Many thanks to the kocher and the waitress because she was very attentive and the suggestions were incredible! I'm back."

"We were taken here by some Italain friends and I don't think you'd stumble onto it by accident as it is tucked away, although it is easy enough once you know where it is and it has plenty of parking.The food was delicious; freshly cooked, local and seasonal. We were a party of six so we tried a range of dishes and they were all delicious. The cheese was outstanding and I also partularly enjoyed the stuffed rabbit. The prices are very reasonable ,especially at lunchtime when they do a businessmen's special. The house wine is OK especially the red. The ambience is fairly simple but spotlessly clean we made our own ambience as one of our party sang arias from opera during the meal which no one seemed to mind. I don't know if they have a wine list as we were guests and our host ordered. They also have a small farm shop which is worth a visit. I would phone first to make sure they're open."

"Lord Bio, right in the main square of Macerata, offers a number of (mostly vegan options. A vegan buffet-style (different types of creatively cooked vegetables, tofu, tempeh, etc. is offered at lunch for 25€/kg (drinks not included : just pick up your plate and pick the food of your choosing, then get your bill at the cashier. Expect to pay 8-10€ for a reasonably large portion of whatever you like. On one evening I also tried the vegan pizza option, four different pieces of pizza and a bottle of organic beer for 10€, definitely a bargain. Don't be scared away by the pompous appearance of the website, praising the local food with a PhD and so on. For someone who had prepared for the worst, a most pleasant surprise!"
