"Portuguese Chicken/Chorizo Sandwich, Crispy Fries, mixed salad . As you can say, I love Portuguese Chicken haha. If it's done well, it's the best way I would say I like to eat these amazing products. Personally, some cooking on the open fire, rotating at the top, as back in medival times really delights me. It cooks beautiful and slow and allows the aromas to really develop. . At Cantine Emilia they have some amazingly prepared meats and choices to choose for you. It chorizo is amazing, the marinated pork chop is stealer and even the chicken on its own is juicy, tasteful and beautiful chard. But obviously the star movement will put all this in a sandwich and eat everything at once?. The combination of meats is so good together. You get the best of both world from pork and chicken that are used so far in Portuguese cuisine. The homemade Mayo and red sauce is amazing to accompany the sandwich so that there is the kick it needs. Served with crispy pommes and salad, what can a guy ask for more?? Look at them, get delicious marinated meat and make a good meal. See also there custom made Pastis de nata, there traditional, but with a funny twist!"

"Very quaint and traditional Indian restaurant. The service is great, the food in excellent in quality and the pipes are very reasonable. I think it definitely helps if you go with a person who knows what to order. We had the Thali and it was great, but my Indian friend ordered some delicious appetizers. "I love this restaurant , it's our second time in here. The food is the real Russian one (I know it because some russians friends told me) and it's delicius and the portions are really big. The price is not cheap but not also so expensive, there is an proportional relation between quality, quantity and price. It's a mid-range restaurant talking about price.The customer service was good and quick. Only one thing to suggest: the waitress didn't speak french at all , and we're in Montréal many people speaks french and don't speak english. Finally I can say that we'll back to La Caverna. Great resto!"

"Amazing food!!!!!! I would definitely recommend the pupusas, chicken tamal, enchilada, fried pork, and the refried beans were the best I have eaten here in Montreal. They also have their own little store in the back where they sell many latin products, ibcluding their own salsa. So tasty!"

"Bottom line, we didn't even get a chance to eat in this restaurant because we went out during the ordering process. We wanted to ask if they could take 25 people. You said yes, but please know that the cook is only coming at 5:00.... No problem, we thought we were going over 4:45 and set our orders, we were not in a hurry. They had 2 tables ready for us, We sat 12 teenage girls at one table and the 10 parents at another. Just mentioning the restaurant was empty. We sat and started ordering. I noticed that the waitress who took the girl orders was very impatient and snatching with them. Then it was time for the adults to order. A parent on our table asked if we could have two pitchers of beer? *Note: He only asked because they had a sign advertisement Friday night pitcher of beer (it was Friday night) The waitress reacted We have no beer. So another parent responded to our table that you advertised it? What happened next, I can tell you I never saw in a restaurant in my life. The waitress started screaming and saying that we did a favor to you by setting up these tables for you and accepting your reservation. What? Sorry, what?! Did you do us a favor? She told us that we should be grateful that they accepted our reservation request and that we should go! Believe me if I tell you we don't need the invitation to leave! We had already begun to leave the door. When we left, she continued to defend her behavior. In the end we went to their competition and gave them $500 worth of business."

"We’ve been coming here since they opened. This is an authentic Mexican (not Tex Mex) cheap fun restaurant. Excellent margaritas (order a second shot of tequila if you like your drinks strong) and guacamole. Real good homemade green and red salsas. I really like their...tacos (the black bean one especially) and their quesadillas and deserts are real good too. (I’m less a fan of their tortas and their mole sauce – authentic but not the best But the best part of the experience is the fantastic bizarre decorations and, at times, films on the overhead TV (the first time we went it was a punk Czech film, with the sound turned off, as I recall). Definitely worth a visit."
