"Well it has been over 10 years since I have reviewed this place. I was hesitant at first to come due to hearing that the ownership has changed. Glad to say that I was able to come by, try the food and say that the food is still fresh, and the experience is still great. When we went by around 11:45 on a Monday, me and my friend was able to get a table right away. Luckily we went earlier as the tables started to fill up. There was a lady server who was patient and very nice, and always came by to refill our green tea. Food Decided to try what I ordered a long time ago, the beef teriyaki combo and the Charashi Bowl. We were served right away a bowl of miso soup and green tea. The Beef Sashimi Combo was still awesome, and we were able to switch out the Albacore for more of the yellow tail and salmon. The beef was still great, always good to have some hot food too, because too much sashimi could be overwhelming. The Charashi bowl is STILL A MUST. Just packed with goodness, even sweet shrimp and scallop, even great to share with someone. Again I was happy to be able to revisit this placed and discover not much of the food has changed. Will definitely try to visit again if I am around the area! Until next time!"

"Mistake was made on my order.. when I asked them to correct it the woman in the drive thru said she didn’t know how ….. when I asked for a manager or someone else she said no one else could help.. she was very friendly to begin with but once the mistake was pointed out, I was shut down and just told she didn’t know how .. perhaps she didn’t know, can we can give the employees alittle more training before leaving them without a manager ?"

"We were driving to another seafood place about 4 minutes away when we spotted this place and decided to try out. It said Grand Opening on the store front. The owners were super nice and took our order. We got a plate of shrimp on green salsa with red onions, tomatoes, cucumbers and Avocado, was very delicious. Then we ordered the seafood molcajete, which is sort of a stew of seafood with grilled fish fillet and shrimps, mussels, crab meat and legs, and scallops. It came with homemade tortillas, rice, and refried beans. These refried beans were legit were not from a can. I would definitely recommend."

"Mr Fish Pescadería restaurant is permanently closed. The new owner Luis Joel Galina has open for business under a new name,Rio foods fish market and restaurant. I had the opportunity, or I should say the privilege of being one of the first ones to try this new restaurant I can say this is probably the best seafood I have ever ate. The seafood is really fresh. Flown in refrigeration from different parts of the world."

"Hands down best fish and shrimp tacos in California!!! The flavor, size portion and price for these bad boys are always worth the drive for me. If your into red salsas, be prepared for a tasty spicy salsa they serve here! Perfect topping for the taco but just as amazing without the salsa!"
