"Came with our hiking group for coffee. I am milk intolerant and asked what was on the menu I could eat. After the server was checked, I was told that the only available eating was porridge! I thought about this day and age a well established one. tea room would provide all allergies or food preferences. very disappointed."

"There are a few plant-based milk, but the selection of foods was not great. There was a Christmas style hot sandwich (yes, I am sure it could have been eaten cold) with a turkey substitute, vegan cheese and cranberry sauce on sourded bread. It was DELICIOUS! But that was the only thing that was available. None of the rolls or cakes were vegan friendly, no vegan sausage rolls like similar coffee shops seem to be stored."

"Just want to say a sincere THANK YOU to all the staff at Costa on Langsett Road in Hillsborough Sheffield. We are so sad that it has closed having been going there every Sunday [and sometimes in the week] for several years. We already miss it more than words can say. Brian Hilary"

"Missing food from orders the last few times we have visited. Orders not right for food we did get (things not added or removed from items as requested and on the labels of food in bag (eg pickles when there shouldn't be- no added cheese on burgers when it's been paid for). Disappointing. Coffees/hot drinks are always cold. And the chips are never salted/containers half filled. You don't get what you pay for and McDonald's has gotten expensive"
