"The restaurant is in a castle by River Linth. The restaurant entrance is not so obvious as you need to walk into the castle building and turn left where is another door of the restaurant . We are there 3 times already and all are for eating the fried chicken. It was freshly cooked and served with creamy sauce. It is always very hot and I must start eating it with knife and fork. Then, I usually change to use my hands to tear off the meat and skin as I see it is the best way to eat a whole chicken. The skin is always thin and crispy with light coating of herbs and chilli. Certainly I will return and recommend others to eat the fried chicken."
