"Zero service. We wanted to have coffee. We sat in the outdoor bar area. trying to get some chairs. Let's wait. Then we raise our arms to make ourselves noticed. After a quarter of an hour arrives a boy takes orders without clearing the waste on the table and without a good morning. Then come back: you do not order at the table. Not an external sign that indicates it. We enter a first queue at the checkout. Second tail at the desk. The order is wrong. We ask to correct the error the waitress gets annoyed. We also serve, at least a coffee done correctly? We bring coffee to the table while the waiter serves the neighbors. We ask for explanations: They ate in the restaurant area the waiter answers badly. Better to have a coffee at home. Less sponsor more courtesy."

"Nuvolau is on a mountain peak with 360-degree view of the dolomites. the access is easy enough if you get the sessellift to 5 torre or averau and then walk 1 hour or so high. the hut is incredibly atmospheric and cozy....The outside terrace leaves it breathless from the view and if its body is not aclimated to 2500m. eating is very good, all freshly cooked in the kitchen or barby outside. the owner plays johnny cash all day, which is a good thing. for me anyway. the rooms vary in size .we stayed in a 4 bed etagen room and it was good. during the day there are many visitors, but after about 4 only the 24 guests are left to enjoy the sunset. the community tables at night encourage great fun to share and bee. I see a few 1* reviews in French Italian and I guess they include the toilet situation. during the day there is only one and it's quite terrible to be honest. but what can they expect at the top of a mountain. the good news is at 4 or so they open a much more beautiful loo around the back, although still squat style. then for dinner they open an inner loo with wash basin correct wc. in the evening there was a snake to spit etc., but this is all part of the mountain cottage experience."

"Updated review: well, I tried it again, this time decided to buy something, and I have more about what they have. I had to order an americano because they have no milk. it is kind of ridiculous as any other kaf I tried here (e.g. pasticceria panifico alver had at least soy milk. again this is not really an amorino. it is called bar caf, and they serve some amorino products. they perhaps quoted me 5 or 6 flavors of gelato they offer (because I sat and drank my coffee): chocolate, vanilla, pistachios, another 1 or 2 I remember, and limette. is the limette taste vegan, or does it have milk in it? do they have vegan aromen? I have received different answers every time when I asked the 2 types who worked there. (I saw it on the website, and the lime basil flavor is vegan). I tell them one thing: they don't have much to know about vegan and arent; so this is a 1-star situation for vegans in the grunde. Although, I can point out that they can get a regular or decaf espresso or americano, and they have a great choice of hot tees without enjoying milk. However, when I spoke on the printed menu a thick tone in 3 I found a reason to load it up to 2 stars. they still have sandwiches. the vegetarian decisions are clearly marked. (although some of them contain fish, at least there. I will contain pictures so that they can see what they have. a step in the right direction. they can easily improve: at the mere minimum, make sure that the personal knows what in the products they sell. get them soy, mandel, heel or other plant milk, and they are on the same with other coffee shops. then if they were 2 or more aromen of vegan gelato / sorbet, they would earn on happy cow. if they had 1 vegan sandwich and 1 or 2 vegan bakes (like a croissant and a cookie), this would be a Rave review and the vegan would flock there. it does not need much to make vegan extremely happy. honest. original, 26 Oct. 2019: this is not a regular amorino used in other parts of the world. that is more of just a coffee shop with baked. when I went to search for gelato, and then everything vegan, they sent me away. they have baked, a cold slice of cheese pizza for reheating, and I think some other hearty bites that may or may not be vegetarian. maybe different in the summer? with more aromas of gelato?
