"We were eager to eat in this restaurant on the basis (most) of the reviews. we started on the 9th juli, just to get a recorded message that the restaurant was temporarily closed under the staff due to covid, and hoped to open again on the 13th juli. we called on the 13th juli and found that they were reopened. we made a reservation for the 14th juli, and I notified the person the reservation that I was allergic to gluten. when we arrived at the restaurant, I was told that one of the deeres was gluten-free, and that two of the main dishes could be made gluten-free with some adjustments. I was surprised that so few possibilities were available to me, especially with a proclamation about my allergy. that was the first disappointment. there were four of us to eat. two had escaped the scallops they said were well boiled, but in a ground tasteless, because the black aioli either lacked too weak or completely lacked. the gazpacho and the roasted melons were pleasant. the dinge went downhill for the main courses. the person who had the thunfish found the tartaric acid to be nothing special and to overcook the tuna steak. the tarte libanais lacked sauce and therefore dry. the biggest disappointment was the calf shell. the polnta and shredded salate delivered a beautiful contrast of textures, but the kalbs itself was served cold. that was an unexpected and unpleasant surprise. on the menu there was no indication that the meat is served cold, and I checked it twice at the end of the meal to be safe. if they want to serve cold meat, we think that the menu description should mention this fact. who would have any reason to suspect that a main course would be served cold? neither one of us who ordered the callbsal ended it. the server that took the dishes with slices of kalbs still on them did not ask if there was a problem with eating. we found this as typical of the service: uncarried and unharmed. the two people who took orders and supply food spent a lot of time laughing and visiting each other instead of serving their customers attentively. we received the bill and issue our credit cards. we saw that both servers go back and forth several times at our table without stopping our payment. After we had waited more than enough time, one of us had to finally go to the servers and tell them that we wanted to pay and go. and to end our disappointing experience in umami, one of the servers had a bad cough and did not cover their mouth while coughing. In view of what we knew that the restaurant was recently closed for covid among the employees, this was disturbing and made us very unpleasant. all in all, no experience we like to repeat."
