"Good value quality price. well decorated, full and in good way. Too bad we don't have a crêpe the night we went. service pretty fast, frankly there was not specially waiting. I recommend, but think about the reservation."

"What an amazing setting for the hotel. The restaurant forms part of the hotel and maybe we were unlucky but the meal was terrible. The tables in the dining room were not by the small windows so it was quite dark. There was a nice fire and the service was OK but as we were staying out of season and there were only a couple of other guests staying so it turned out like a setting for Macbeth production. I see from other reviews that somewher there was a balcony overlooking the river so probably in the summer it might be a different picture. As the place is so spectacularly located we will have to give it another try."

"Dynamic and welcoming team. A trip to St Enimie, at the restaurant "La Cardabelle" became our must when we come in the corner with my boyfriend. As a family or as a couple, we are always well received. An atmosphere of very good taste, an irreproachable quality of service. A treat!"

"Dinner was fabulous every evening. Fresh Fish perfectly prepared; duck breast, foie gras, lamb, etc…all excellent! Gourmet desserts too. Especially liked the Chocolate-chataigne fondant , the nougat glacé, both the tiramisu café and tiramisu fraise. Service by smiling attentive staff. Surrounded by the gorges cliffs…splendid views. Highly Recommend and will return"
