"I brought my family here for lunch. I heard from friends and a past review of this place that they had Uni, but unfortunately I was out of luck. However, this wasn't the end of our bad luck with this place.The one waitress was nice, but our drinks were served in very apparent dirty cups and the tables were still a little dirty.The food fared worse. We ordered the calamari and quickly found out that the tough, rubbery membrane was not stripped from the squid. It was like chewing on a rubber band. The fish mostly had no flavor at all, and the ones that did tasted slightly putrid. The only good dish I had was the Unagi. That tasted excellent. Sadly, that eel was all alone with that level of quality. Weirdly, the entrées came out before the appetizers. I ordered the Pork Katsu dish and I received the chicken katsu pounded flatter than a day old soda and was dry. The rice seemed old. Honestly, the best thing on the plate was the small serving of broccoli.My mother and sister got the Chirashi bowl and was disappointed with the fish having no flavor.The Dragon Roll was also served piled up in a bowl, slathered in an assortment of toppings, instead of being lined up on a plate.Overall, for over $100, my wallet hurts almost as much as my stomach after all that."

"I ordered the Las Vegas Roll and the Beef Noodles tonight and it was fantastic! The customer service was awesome! The sushi chef gave me free pot stickers and the owner/waitress made me a fresh salad. Seriously, order the sushi, it was amazing!! This was the best service I have received in a long time!"

"My parents wanted to eat out so we made it to Hawaii Poke. My parents like raw fish. They prefer sashimi over steak. Only because they getting old and they don't like chewing steak. My parents have always loved sashimi. So this was treat because we have been trying to find places to eat in Killeen Texas that we can go as regulars. So far we all enjoyed it here.The place was clean and the workers were extremely nice. My dad and I ordered three proteins. My mom got two. It isn't the typical way we order in Hawaii. I'm use to the poke being sold in round tubs or 1lb and more. But I know in the mainland this is what are accustomed to. The mix toppings and somewhat salads/sides. Not bad, I like it.Overall I enjoyed my food. I was surprised after eating that I was full. The reason is the container looked kinda small but it's a pretty deep carry out dish. I got full pretty fast. I'll return. The proteins were fresh. So Onolicious!"

"I have gone to namis for years and it was by far my favorite hibachi restaurant. I went last Saturday with my husband for the first time and years and I was extremely disappointed the yum yum sauce is not the same it’s too sweet. The steaks were so thin and flavorless. The shrimp was cooked on both sides before seasoned. Literally everything accept the sushi salad and soup was very bland. I felt robbed when I got my tab of $108.00 and didn’t enjoy my food at all. I’m not sure if this location was sold or something but definitely not the same as it used to be."
