"This hotel has a first service, the staff is very useful and very human. The rooms are super hygienic and comfortable for the price you pay. It's worth staying here. They have a secure park, a small restaurant, swimming pool and air-conditioned rooms. Excellent place"

"I came to the resort 3 days ago and so far no complaints. Everyone has been super friendly. The food has quite a few different options. The beach has been very clean every day. The pools are not overly packed and the resort is kid friendly. They have entertainment throughout the day and evening hours as well. This hotel does not have a casino, but does have a nightclub open at 11pm."

"(23 and 21 year old couple visiting from the Netherlands, for reference). For the price, it is a very decent hotel. The room, although a bit dated, is practical and has a little balcony overviewing the pool. The biggest positive in our eyes were the pool parties. Good atmosphere all around and the way it was held (the lights, foam) we thought was really cool. The fact that this is included is a huge plus in our eyes and is something you do not see at many hotels. The pool was refreshing (especially after spending a couple of hours at the beach) and animation was present multiple times a day. Staff was friendly, especially the cleaning staff. Tipping gets you better service, especially at the bars. You noticed how people got treated ‘differently’ according to how good the staff would know you. Dinner wasn’t the best. Half the times it was pretty cold, some of the meats tasted poorly but it is a relatively cheap all-inclusive hotel after all. Biggest negative, loud music. For the first three days we slept really bad because people were playing either loud music in their rooms or at the bar downstairs. I have seen multiple complaints (we did too) but it seems like Naiboa is not doing a lot about it."

"This place is AMAZING! The resort is beautiful and clean and has EVERYTHING you need for a relaxing and fun vacation. The staff is friendly and very attentive. The food is DELICIOUS and the variety is extensive. We had a group of 9 ranging in age from 2 to 80 and everyone had a great time. We enjoyed 5 days without a single complaint or mention of boredom from any of the 3 teenagers. I would definitely recommend Vik Hotel Arena Blanca to anyone looking for an affordable Caribbean vacation. You won't be disappointed."

"My husband and I just came back from the Iberostar Selection Bavaro for our Christmas holiday. And once again, we had the most memorable and fabulous time. We have been to many different Iberostar resorts as we are fans of the Iberostar Group. But we are huge addicts to the Selection Bavaro as the service, staff and management are unbeatable!!! Once we made our booking, we were able to get in touch with hotel management with any questions. Everyday, we were most warmly greeted by the reception, restaurants, bars, and pool staff. Food and drinks continue to be awesome, and we just felt so spoiled with all the offering. Will be back!"

"We love to stay at the Royalton Bavaro. Location was nice and staff for the most part really friendly. We loved all pool options and the lazy river was great with the bar in it. We loved Wale and Frank at the infinity swimming bar they really did our experience. The only complaints I have is Although this is a family-friendly resort, with all pool options I wish there was at least one designated adult only pool. It was a little irritating to go to the floating bar and there were all the kids who took the bar stools so sometimes it was hard for adults to take a drink. Also, there were a lot of syringes when we tried to get our drinks, which we constantly spray water into our eyes and drinks. I also need the vibe team that she did really great setting the mood with all the fun activities during the day."
