"Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had. Received undercooked pizza, phoned to let them know, the manager tried to tell me via the poor unfortunate on the phone that it wasn't possible. When I asked to speak to him directly he refused saying he was too busy. Have a look at the other one star reviews. I'm not alone in receiving this treatment from the manager. We then drove down to get our money back. Without even looking at the pizzas he told us they were perfectly cooked. They were not (see photos). Refused any help. Ruined our evening. Previously regular customer, never ordering from there again. One star reviews all over google, here, yelp."

"Regular visitor for lunch with colleagues to Winters. Beautiful food and wonderful staff to boot who are always very welcoming. The menus is fabulous with my favorite being the Spghetti Carbonara and a side of garlic bread followed with a flat white to go. Highly recommend for families, date night and business lunch/dinners."

"Absolutely disgraceful customer service. We order every week from this chipper are local chipper in lusk, to order last week and spend 35 euro and for the food to arrive with all the wrong things that we ordered to phone back up and they told us they were very sorry it was there fault they will credit the full amount to our account. 7 days later I called to order with the money that was credited to my account to be screamed at down the phone and told he doesn't remember and I will not be getting the food I was entitled to.. The manager was extremely ignorant on the phone, disgraceful customer service skills very disappointed can't believe how I was treated."
