"Don't go to this place. My self and at least 5 others ordered through the app and ended 30 to 40 minutes. Orders were mixed, not made at all, and they ran out of several ingredients, without telling people, hoping that they would simply not notice. When I finally got my order at 640 if it should have been done around 610, I brought it home not only to find out that it was cold, but it was also completely wrong (except for the chips). Absolutely the next 10 minutes will drive extra to avoid this location in the future."

"This place has good, wholesome food, but takeout accuracy is not their forte. The pandemic has not been kind to Chipotle. Our family's order is usually missing items about 90% of the time, no joking. Seriously, this is abysmal for a national retailer to miss the mark so frequently. I have a hard time enjoying my food when I know that 3x kid's chips are missing, or all our chocolate milks."

"First, it is occupied by swashbuckling punks. Just fun. The staff is fantastic and needs the time to make sure you get something in your alley. And then if you get it WHAM! "I just changed locations for work, and this is now the closest Chipotle to my office. It's crazy the difference you can find in a good Chipotle location. I used to go to the Richfield location that was by my previous office, and they were so unbelievably rude there and the food quality was always so poor that I hardly went, and now since discovering the Hopkins location on Mainstreet, I find myself coming back multiple times a week.The staff here is so friendly and professional, especially the woman that works at the cash register most weekdays, and the food quality is always top notch, so good that I don't even feel like I'm eating at a Chipotle, but a high-end cantina... I've been to dozens of locations across the country, and this is by far the best. Extremely consistent, very well-prepared ingredients (especially the proteins), and a welcoming staff. What more could you ask for?"
