"Arrived at door to gain entrance at 1008 am however door was locked. Upon looking through window I saw an employee eating , at this time I knocked on window and she looked at us and mouthed something showing her food, not realizing I don't read lips and couldn't hear through glass. She went back to eating and we went back to car and proceeded to drive thru. The clerk when asked about the door being locked during business hours and no note on door, stated in a surly tone she only did what her manager told her indicating in a rude, defensive manner that she didn't make those decisions. She refused to take a coupon which was expired even though I told her Popeyes coupons don't expire . I advised her to ask her Manager, she came back and said she only did what she was told and Manager stated coupon had to have code. We immediately went to Popeyes on Pace Boulevard in Pensacola, Florida and friendly staff helped after Manager keyed in discount and completed order for us in a very timely manner. Service Policy is plainly displayed as well as Heart Slogan, however the New Warrington Store has some serious issues, including but not limited to how they interact with customers and they are clearly not practicing your standards of customer service."

"Second time this week I stopped by this restaurant and waited 10 minutes at the register to order and was never waited on so I left. There is a reason that this taco bell has the reputation of being the second worst fast food place in pensacola, beaten out only by burger king on mobile hwy. I doubt any of the higher ups read these reviews however... if they do I figured I would include my business model and hopefully help restore this restaurant to its former glory. If I was the GM I would shut this location down for 1 week. In that week I would: 1. Day one- inform all current employees that their services are no longer needed. 2. Day 1 and 2 would be used for on the spot interviews and they would have to agree to my business plans and execute them as directed otherwise- they would also be let go. The last 3-7 days would be used to train the new staff and make sure they know how customers SHOULD be treated and that if they are not treated in that way the employee turnover rate would be extremely high until I got staff that strives for excellence. By the 3 month mark I would expect the turnover rate to decrease, sales to increase, and reviews to be higher than they have been in years. If that was not the case I would respectfully resign because a real manager leads by example- not just tells other people what to do. Also because I am a woman of my word and if I promise success and eventually fail then I deserve to be replaced also."
