"Eating was well seasoned, although my steak was a bit chewing. there was a little bit of entertainment from the cook at the Hibachi grill and a not so attentive waiter when it came to fill drinks. I have been in the hibachi in croton and they have made the expectations for all other hibachi in the opposite very high. somehow, there is nothing wrong with this place that they do not starve and the price is fair."

"I've been eating at Hirame for years, this review is long overdue. Unassuming on the outside and when you enter but have no fear this family owned restaurant will win you over. Whitney will probably greet, seat and wait on you, as others said she is super friendly makes you feel welcome. She recognizes us and remembers our favorites, or is quick to make a reccomendation. The sushi is the best in upper Westchester, always fresh and consistently great. Udon bowls are also excellent. If you like sushi, Hirame is highly reccomended."
