"We are really enjoying our crew of entertainers, Tripley, Franco, Wanda, Juan, and the DJ. They are out there everyday giving it their all. From teaching dance lessons, pool side, to swim aerobics, to fun contests. They are making our stay here very enjoyable!! Elizabeth took care of us every evening, delivering delicious drinks with a smile. She is a fabulous waitress, who contributed to our wonderful experience! Alexander, our butler, was amazing! He tended to our every need, from booking reservations, to picking us up and driving us to dinner! The resort is walkable, but he offered to take us to our dinners. We are 6 adults all around 60 years of age. We love to have a good time, and we did! We like to be active, dance, drink, eat, play games, and we especially enjoyed the lazy River! If you don’t have a good time here, there’s something wrong with you."

"Dreams Punta Cana made our dream destination wedding possible! We just had our wedding on 04/23/2022 and it was amazing! We would not change anything and it was absolutely perfect. Their wedding coordinator Franny Heredia knows what she is doing. Trust me, I was anxious and nervous about planning a destination wedding and not knowing how it was going to turn out, if it was going to look like the pictures and more. But, without any hesitation, we 100% loved it. It was everything we imaged and more. The decoration was excellent, the picture crew Adventure Photos was awesome and the crew that was serving our guests were fantastic. We had a total of 50 people and they only had great things to say. With all that said, we totally recommend this place if you are thinking about getting married, doing a family vacation or even just couples. Our crew had all of the above so we know this place can be great for anyone. We can 't wait to go back again. Maybe our Wedding Anniversary!"

"Jose Cappuccino is an employee and a great asset to the resort. He had a great attitude and was very welcoming. The food was amazing here every restaurant we went to was great. Tons of variety. The staff here was gracious and inviting and made us feel at home. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends!!"

"I am disappointed about this hotel but mainly about the travel agency Kuoni (Travel Lab SAS) from Paris who sold me this trip (7 nights, all inclusive, room see view with private pool many different wines à la carte that we never tasted because the hotel never suggested) for more than 10.000 euros (all taxes included) which is a rip off. Knowing that the hotel sells for that option around 4.000 euros maximum (depending on when you book your room) you need to count 1.200 euros for the flights (go/back) from Belgium. This all amounts for 2 persons. On top of being ripped off, both the hotel and Kuoni, never wanted to correct the price of the holidays and pointed fingers that we have been lying. I know that injustice is a reality in life and that 's why I allowed myself to write a remark about both parties. It doesn 't bring me any joy to do so, but I am a fair person (at least I try to be) and wanted to share my experience. Be careful with that hotel but also with that travel agency. They just steal the money as soon as they can. I learned from this experience and I know for sure that I will never go back to Kuoni but also via this hotel."

"Great fish. Amazing but beware because the people never stop selling... The guy from downstairs will come and offer drinks and before you know it, you're paying $7 for weak mamajuana. They also don't give real receipts and that's a little questionable. But the good is worth it."

"The experience at this resort was well worth the price of admission! The restaurants are great, and all of the amenities and grounds are very well maintained. The staff are all amazing, with the best being Juan at the Carnival International Buffet. He made every day better with his infectious positivity. The beaches are beautiful, and lots of activities for the kids."
