"Als Schwerterin bin ich gerne und häufig in der Rohrmeisterei. Im Sommer gerne im Biergarten (es wird dort sogar reserviert), im Winter am Liebsten an einem Stehtisch an der Theke in dem Industriedenkmal. Ich mag die Atmosphäre. Zahlreiche Weinmenüs (im Restaurant Glaskasten) und Whiskytastings (im Degustationsraum) sowie andere kulinarische Highlights konnte ich dort schon erleben. Tolle Eventlocation für Veranstaltungen aller Art.Konzerte, Kultur, Kleinkunst, Theater findet dort statt.Allerdings muss man den Industriestil mögen, damit verbunden ist auch eine nicht immer vorteilhafte Akustik bei vollem Haus (damit meine ich nur die Gastronomie, nicht die Veranstaltungsräume). Die Parkplatzsituation lässt zu wünschen übrig (zu wenig), wenn mal wieder Hochzeiten o.a. gefeiert werden. Ausweichparkplätze sind für auswärtige Besucher schwierig zu finden bzw. der Weg vom (Ausweich-)Parkplatz zur Rohrmeisterei. Hier ist die Rohrmeisterei aber gerade dabei etwas zu verbessern.Den Service empfinde ich als sehr freundlich. Bisher hatte ich noch keinen Grund zur Beanstandung. Da die Gewinne der Gastronomie dazu genutzt werden Kultur in Schwerte zu fördern, lasse ich mir die höheren Preise fürs (qualitativ gute) Essen gefallen. (Man kann übrigens wählen zwischen dem Restaurant Glaskasten und dem Bistro.) Nur Mineralwasser sollte man nicht in der Rohrmeisterei trinken ;-). Ich glaube zuletzt hat die große Flasche (0,7l) 6,00 oder 6,50€ (?) gekostet. Das finde ich wirklich übertrieben."
