"I was super excited to go to this restaurant due to all the great reviews online and from my friends. Our waitress was a amazing but unfortunately my food was not . My friends and I ordered a bunch of appetizers, (bam bam shrimp, fried calamari, crab fries) which were pretty good, and to be honest the only items that tasted good. My main meal was the Cod Imperial. It was horrible! Very bland, no seasoning, tasted bitter which I’m assuming is from the spice they use in the sauce. It was such a let down from the moment I got the plate. The sides I got were the whipped mashed potatoes and jasmine rice. They were alright, nothing spectacular. I sent the plate back because I could only take but a couple bits, my stomach was not having it. And it was over $22. Overall, I’m giving the place 2 stars due to how great our waitress was, and the appetizers."

"Went there 3pm on a sunday. I was told the wait was 15-20 minutes that ended up being well over 20 minutes. The place was dead 3 people were up front hosting and 1 person bussing all the tables. I got the mozzerella sticks since menu didnt have much of an option and crab legs were $50 for maybe 2. It took over 15 minutes for our drinks, all the food came out at different times. My husband ordered the “all you can eat shrimp” per plate was a guranteed 25 minute wait. My kids got chicken tenders and oranges, and the oranges looked weeks old and left out. They also had ran out of popcorn shrimp for the all you can eat and I found that odd being its an all seafood place. In total I was there from 3:30 to almost 6pm just for a simple dinner. We had to leave the cash on the table and hunt down a random woman cleaning tables to let the waitress know we couldnt wait any longer. The bill wound up being a little over $50 for a luke warm, nasty dinner and the wait was forever. Completely understaffed and no apologys for it either. I will never be returning back."

"I have it 3 stars because the steak was shoe leather. Im 15-20 mins from outback and ordered it medium. It had a leather like skin on the outside. The only reason I didnt give it 1 star is because Ive ordered it many times before and it was great. Everything was there. Salad. Bread. Butter. Oh and the mashed potatoes were like a potato brick. But again, ordered plenty of times and it was great. So they had an off day."

"I’m visiting from Texas and was babysitting my grandsons and brought them to Ruby’s last evening. They had chicken fingers and milkshakes. They’re both obsessed with trains and that was an added bonus. I had a burger and it was great. We all enjoyed the experience. Food was really good and service was excellent. It was nice to be greeted at the door with a big smile. We’ll definitely be back my next visit."
