"This was our first time eating here and it was amazing! We waited for a table on the deck and it was worth the hour wait. Our server Francesca was wonderful and kept a smile on her face the entire time. The manager was making his rounds the entire night making sure everyone's food was good. We will definitely add this to our list of places to eat while at Topsail on our yearly vacation."

"Was a good pizza to be from NY and also at a tourist site. Lol, usually the pizza is not good, but here was a pleasant surprise! Any criticism would be only the size, since the big one here is more a medium (diameter). No complaint, just a criticism. The crust was good, nice n thin, more akin to a breadstick type than a pizza dough, but it works! Sauce and toppings were good. I enjoyed Max's pizza and would recommend and return when I revisit Surf City!"
