"The young girl that works lunch hour is so rude. Don't even waste your time and money if she is serving. The food is way too expensive to have to deal with her attitude. She is horrible with the servings. She needs some serious training or a different job."

"I would give this place a 4.5. The food is good. The tacos al pastor were great, better than other late night restaurants I’ve been to before. The rice and chiles were good sides to have with the tacos. The only thing was salsa was not as spicy and a little watery. The tacos de asada were a little dry. But the drinks were great as well. The atmosphere is very warm and lively, and the service is fast. Awesome place, I would come back again."

"Went to this location a LOT in the 90s and 2000s, but just stopped before Covid (and about the time she rebranded from Don Jose. I was there twice last year with the second visit worse than the first. This last time we entered shortly after the opening. We sat right away and we were the only guests back then. But it took (literal five minutes for a busboy to deliver chips and salsa, five more minutes to get our drinks and then 10 more minutes to appear for our waiter! (20 minutes! Our meals came out at a reasonable time, but the flavors (meat, sauces, spices were quite down from our previous visit just three months ago, and more so from three years ago! Then we had to wait a while to get our check. When we went to pay, the checkout was tried to ring various to-go orders while hearing other workers, explaining the bags of food through the register for delivery services. Then there were about four customers who wanted to pay their cheques and about eight other people are waiting to be sitting. Bad service, bad food, bad organizational skills... Our last time here was definitely our LAST TIME here."

"We enjoy going to Perla. Brody the bartender makes wonderful cocktails and gives excellent service. We like to sit at the bar when we go there. I only have one thing to add which is the noise level. With the television and music on it is still hard to have a conversation. Everyone there is so welcoming and we always have a great time."

"I’ve been coming to chipotle for years and I usually don’t have any complaints…but this time was awful. I ordered a steak bowl and the lady working only gave me a few pieces of steak. And when I mean a few it was like 3 small pieces. I’ve never been so disappointed at a chipotle bowl before in my life, but this has gotten out of hand… I will not be returning"

"I give 4 stars instead of 3, because I hope that my experience today was just because the restaurant seems undermined, and some of the staff seem new. The food was okay, maybe better if some of it wasn't so cold until it was eaten. I have submitted a large order in the night before the website. (6 Entrees, 2 appetizers, 1 dessert, some additional pages, extra sauces, 1 drink). At the pick-up time, about 1.5 hours after the opening, at lunch, and the staff was a little busy. Get the bag for my order, immediately noticed that there is only about half of my order (4 Entrees, 1 set of additional pages, everything else is missing). Finally, a staff got to notice that we're standing there to ask about the rest. They had to prepare it. I went through my bag again. I noticed that it was still missing both appetizers, the extra sauces, and the dessert. I had attention again, they went to prepare the rest. The restaurant was noticeably more busy, especially the pickup line. In that time we were in the pickup area for half an hour. We had to pack our bags (we had to ask for a second bag because the staff filled the first bag and too many items to keep the handles comfortable. Also a bag for the extra sauces, because two of the plastic containers were not properly closed and began to lick, and I was afraid they would do it again). I have at our family meeting, sorted the food, and realized that I still lacked 1 side of the beans, 1 rice, extra tortillas and the extra tomatillo sauce. This added up to less than $10, but still is paid a little. Also on some ducks no guacamole or acid cream had requested or placed on the page, but they were there on the ducks. Definitely, double check orders are always on pickup, and only small orders in the futur from here."
