"Complained about our order. Part of it was cold, another 2 items were burnt! Because I wanted whole order remade I got told no and they would collect food and drop money off. Driver still kept the tip right enough!!"

"Tried to order fish supper as they don't keep any ready even at peak times but couldn't get through on phone. Went into shop and asked for a sausage supper which was ready. I stood for ages whilst they proceeded to box up home delivery orders. When I asked can I have my sausage supper I was told that customers who had phoned in orders at 4.30 pm were their priority. This was now 6pm. I said I am a customer who has come into your shop to be served don't you think you should serve me. Was told sorry but no phone in customers are our priority. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was told if you don't like it you can have your money back which I took. I told them their customer service was atrocious and why would someone coming into a shop not expect to be served when the goods were available. I was given my money back and told not to come back in future. Fail to see how this business will survive with this attitude."

"That used to be my way into the chip shop when I last lived in the opposite. since the retreat I used the crooks as he was closer, but the quality was hit a bit, so I thought I would go dellos again. I don't think that the personal has changed (or older) since I was last there. fish super was delicious and the quality of the fish far over cock. I will use definitiw dellos as my regular chip shop again!"

"Hubbie and I visited last week ..felt welcome as soon as we got in and bar man came to our table to advise the cocktail of the day which I picked and it was lovely Food was fantastic I had the seafood sarter which was lovely and then the beef burger which I couldnt finish as a huge portion and hubbie got the antipasti to start which again was a plateful of meats and he then had mixed grill which he said was fantastic . staff are very helpful and intentive. Another meal enjoyed"
