"I waited 30 minutes for an iced coffee this morning. If i'm paying 10 dollars for a drink it shouldn't take that long to come out. Very disappointed."

"Regular journey to work week. Rarely you have a problem whether I order by phone, drive-thru or personally. In the unlikely chance there is a mistake, they always make it right. The staff is always friendly. Drive-Thru employees usually have a good joke, a story or a happy demon when waiting for my order. Only on the bottom is the line of the drive-thru sometimes overflowing into the main street of the shopping center, but there is not much starbucks can do on their part in view of the location."

"Laura is kind, creative professional. her cookies are incredible delish!She closed her store front to walk-ins a while ago because of rising costs and other reasons. she has been very transparent on all of her social media about this situation. she is unable to make changes to her google page to reflect this thus why a negative review was left. what a shame.my kids LOVED their birthday party a couple years ago and countless friends have enjoyed her classes, all of which are still held at the Ephrata location.she is an incredibly talented individual and we are so happy to have her in the Ephrata community! do your full research before visiting a business; including checking their webpage and social media before making your trip then writing a negative review for information very easily found on the interwebs!keep up the great work, Laura!"
