"We were 10/2022 for an extended weekend in the hotel gutshaus stellshagen. the beautiful park area is also the wellness area with swimming pond. also the surrounding nature is very suitable for walks and very beautiful. the suite costs only € 250, per night (with breakfast). in advance we had asked for wooden floor in the room. that was hunted, although the living area was provided with a very dirty, stained carpet. the suite unfortunately had the charm of a jugend house: no cozy, uncomfortable bed (bath matratze,) bad head cushions and a convincing sitting corner the book optics of an old child room. the dives were a considerable part with ingredients of the farm prepared many of them fresh. that was very positiw. some recipes were tasty, but others like for example were a pasta with mushrooms completely cooked in a canteen container. Brews and rolls at breakfast were also only partly fresh and good. in large and whole the foods were in proportion to the price, although the recipes were much more brilliant to use. really annoying were the location search in the restaurant morning and evening as well as the long standing time at the buffet. because there were only buffet (morning and in the evening two layers with about 1.5 hours,) there was a permanent hectic and uneasy with considerable loudness, which have spoiled us again and again the laune and the destress. the little foods that could be ordered in the sauna house were very good. it was extremely annoying that every small order in the entire hotel had to be signed immediately (with exception). we sat for dinner, ordered drinks and had to sign the next drink before the first bit. which moved during the stay and was really disturbing. I have booked well over 70 massages in various countries. my relaxation massage in front of the place was neat middle class, but my friend was the worst of her life. the personal was unfortunately overwhelmed with any pettyness that it took forever, the personal had not the guests in the focus, but always worked on tens of others the colleagues in between and there was no structure in the processes, although the staff in the rule tried. when we talked about these critique points in front of the place, nobody seemed really interested. we wouldn't go back there."
