"I ordered an item on their menu for myself and as I was waiting for my order my friend arrived and placed his order. Upon receiving my order and sitting down again to wait for my friends order I was told I must leave as I had not specified that I wanted to eat i there!! I explained that I was simply waiting for my friend and the lady working was quite rude and she said I must wait outside in the rain!! I ate my meal outside which was average at best and then returned inside to wait with my friend again. I then asked the waitress if she could dispose of my plastic carton and she replied saying “ We are not a waste disposal company”. I was outraged by this response and requested if she could put the carton I had purchased from her establishment into the bin and still the answer was no. She then told me I had to use the bins in crosshaven village to dispose of my waste. I was soaked when I arrived back at my car!! The customer service was abysmal for poor quality food!!!"
