"We were passing through Great Falls and Hokkaido was across the street from our hotel. We were in luck! We sat down in a booth and within seconds our waitress was at our table with a friendly smile. We chatted with her and then she left us alone for the rest of the evening. We both order sushi and were not disappointed. My husband’s Glacier Roll had a tasty sauce and the jalapeño added just a touch of heat. I ordered Sweetheart sushi, one of the specials with mango and fish. Each piece was half a heart and a little too big to eat all at once, but held together if I just ate half of it. We finished off the meal with warm sake and went back to the hotel happy and satisfied."
