"It is sad that after 15 years after Salsarita, I should leave this restaurant 1 star. not all salsaritas. only this one in hickory, nc 28601. would not be surprised to see someone who calls the better business bureau that this place is finally closed. a few months ago (2 april) the warm water heater closed to the restaurant and she kept the place open for 2 weeks that is illegal. they are not clean in cold water. I was also told that several people were right (7/23/22) working this week with covid and that a worker who hacked a lung for at least one week finally went and was tested and got positive results for the kovid. that does not prevent them from packing the burritos of men. also the tipping system for employees is broken while some get 200 dollars a paycheck, some recieve 0. based on their work. if they do not have a sanitizer to put in the feed water, they use bleach water for the last step of the washing process without rinsing it back. that went for a whole month, mere minimum. I could go on. they save their money and eat them somewhere else. trust me, this place is not worth it."

"Usually, the chipotle in Hickory makes really great with customer service and quality! But for this trip. It did not go as usual, the service was lack of gloss. You could say they weren't too excited to be at work. I also got food poison (imma hope thats it) and so I will begin on the wrong foot today. Please be tired!"

"I didn't like the food nor the bad service! Yes, stay in your case! The price is also expensive, the zapes are 4 and the burgers are 5. If you stay at home!"

"We ordered food for our office and it was not good! Cold, not what we ordered, the food was put together sloppy. When I called the lady was nice was told me there was nothing she could do. Between 4 orders we spent right at $50! When you spend money likethis you expect to get good quality and you can?t even heat the food back up because it comes in aluminum containers! Won?t begoing back here. I should have known better, this is the first time I?ve been back in about 6 months. That time we ate out onthe patio and there were dirty dishes on tables and food left out everywhere! The next morning I was going to work and kid younot the same dishes were still there along with our table! They didn?t even clean it up! Pretty sure that?s a health violationof some sort and if not then it should be! Be careful eating here!"
