"Lovely stay for me. Absolutely loved the idea of choosing breakfast menu in the evening. Got to the table next morning at scheduled time, next minute coffee and breakfast at the table. No hassle. 15 minutes and back on the road. Loved it."

"Left 1 adult and 3 children with food poisoning. Chips were left on hot oil to heat. Chicken fillet was processed and not connected to a fillet. While another costumer returned a burger who had mayonnaise on the bungalow after she had not requested Mayo because of an allergy. About expensive bad food. Too bad the staff was friendly"

"Enjoy your stay at the bay view hotel, with the best breakfast. a small local hotel, looks recently renovated, with a good, friendly reception. the room was perfectly sufficient, although the TV offer is quite limited with only Saorview channels available. After I have to order the breakfast on the eve, it is not great, I really tried to understand why this is happening. that brings us to the bottom of the breakfast. for a meal that was ordered 12 hours earlier, we had waited a 35 minute to eat, and the quality was not what they would expect. overall a good hotel with super employees, which by (a) leave the early breakfast order policy and (b) below average breakfast quality. will I have stayed here? yes, if the breakfast problem is fixed"

"So everything was going swimmingly until we got the bill. We had 6 in the group, 3 adults and 3 kids and it came to almost 150 including drinks. My wife was not that hungry and had asked for a childs portion. During the meal she asked for a slice of cheese to add to her burger. I thought given how much we were paying I didn't think we would be charged extra for a slice of cheese but low and behold an extra 1.40 appeared on the bill for the cheese. I thought that was a bit much given how much we were paying (and also 10% service charge on to your bill). When I queried it, the manager, a lady, had to be called and she reasonably explained that food costs money etc etc but when it was pointed out to her that 2 of us opted not to have cheese on our burgers she got really cranky and told the server to take it off the bill while walking away. I really expected far better from someone who is dealing with people daily. It was really a minor thing but she made it into a big thing but using her logic, she owed us another 1.40 for not getting cheese on our burgers. Anyway, food was decent despite her silly reaction."
