"Quite disappointed comparing this restaurant next to a round about, railways, main road Milano-Bellinzona and HIGHWAY all together.Few meters from Bissone public beach...Nice welcoming and kindness but complete loss of energy compared to so many great places around. Al Faro, Cantinone, Soave 10, Moscotte, the new restaurant up the Monte Generoso (by special small train) to reach the last masterpiece Fiora di Pietra of great intern' Mario Botta, and Palace Café on the fantastic square created in front of the LAC (Lugano Arte è Cultura). In Lugano, Locarno and Ascona, and in the incredible old Italian city of Bellinzona restaurants are led with enthusiam and great energy. La Palma is more old fashion style and slow. Good fresh food and good pricrs.But why not try yourself."

"The food is very good, specially all fish dishes. All pastas with fish, the different cooked fish and also the raw platter is a must. We come to this place often during the summer. The view is also very very beautiful. It is one of those “secret ” sides of the lake, not very famous but amazing. I recomend eating outside where the tables are beautiful and booking with more than a week in advance because it gets difficult to book. I also see many families celebrating in big parties, so book ahead of time!"
