"Pretty good Mexican food place and the only place around me I can get a puffy taco. They are delicious and should be tried by everyone. I wish they would repair their rice, although it just doesn't seem right and it didn't change, last time we were here probably four or five years ago and then it was the same. Oh, yeah, if you want to come here and eat, there was a sign on the door that said 20. June 2022, and I heard a woman working there saying that they would close the interior to focus on the drive-thru indefinitely. What a bummer. The chimichanga we got was REALLY tiny wow, had to put a fork there for glue, but you can get an idea from the taco next to him and the small piece of guacamole. I thought we had a good deal until we saw this Lol. You are Auto thru is always busy and usually on the street, the menu and where you are ordering on the opposite side of the parking lot from the building because the line is so long."

"The lady at the register today Valencia was beyond sweet. She greeted me as soon as I walked through the door with a smiling face! Told me about the lunch specials right away. The cook not only did wonderful making my food, but walked out into the lobby and handed it to me. I wish I knew his name, unfortunately I didn?t ask but their customer service was amazing today and i appreciate them both!"

"Just look at this chicken after waiting over 30 mins for this. Would you eat this? No one in their right mind would. The person who put the chicken in the container should be fired. The chicken had so many feathers on it, it was ridiculous! The only thing the manager could do was apologize and provide me a refund. Captain Jay's should be ashamed that they served something that poor in quality."

"We ordered our meals through doordash, upon arrival I immediately seen the order was wrong, incorrect and missing items! We ordered a famous bowl and a popcorn chicken combo that comes with pop, a biscuit and a side, and I paid for 2 extra sides of honey mustard, I chose french fries as my side, they gave me mash potatoes, no biscuit and know dipping sauce at all!! Really, who is packing these orders, are they not able to read what the order is, or they simply do not care. I called the restraunt adjataited and reported this to who I thought was the manager, she said I could come there and it would be corrected, mind you I just paid and tipped to have this delivered, I expressed this, and what I heard was other employees in the background mocking and making comments about my calling. At that point I decided to just report the whole matter to corporate, I asked the manager for her name she would not reveal it to me and hung the phone up on me. I called back, she hung up on me again, I called back and another lady got on the phone (Jackie) explaing that she was the manager not the other woman, she apologized and said she would credit me ona future order, well, thank you Jackie but I will not be coming back! Although Jackie seemed sincere about my experience from getting my order wrong to rude and unprofessional employees, I don't trust that they take care or any pride in preparing and presenting fresh quality food, and seeing from other reviews it looks like they need to do a clean sweep, and hire some quality employees! I've been inside this location before, and unfortunately it is very noticable that most of the employees just don't want to be there, sometimes even seeming like the customer is a bother. This is not a spiteful review this is a very honest review. To the owner, maybe you should take notice of what is going on at your location, you are loosing customers.Sincerely no longer a customer.. PS I'm also reviewing this location on door dash and FB, to possibly prevent potential disappointed customers!"

"On black Friday we went in and sat right away. the server (kayla? kyra? I'm so sorry that I can't remember her name) was our table within one or two minutes, drunk drinks quickly, took our order with speed and charm, and had hot, tasty eating for us quickly. she contributed to our enjoyable experience. many thanks! and well made on her wheelchair access. I had no problem in the escort. the loading area was a little tight."
