"A very good restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and the dishes are very varied. We are welcomed in a very beautiful medieval building, fully restored and equipped with a very beautiful fireplace that gives the whole a unique cachet. The dishes are very varied (fishes, meats, pasta, salads and pizzas, copied and of very good quality (I especially appreciate pizzas with wood fire! . Only hic, prices are a little higher than in other restaurants. I recommend Montluconnais for tourists!"

"This is just across the road from the B+B hotel we stayed in so was very convenient. We actually ended up here by default as our first choice restaurant was closed! Our French is very basic so we did struggle a little to understand which of the price options to go for but we went with the 'all inclusive ' at about 18 Euros each I think. We each had a small pitcher of wine of our choice, a starter, main and sweet. (Not sure if we got coffee as well but didn 't go for it anyway) The starters were very good, lots of cold meats, salads, cheese. The main course was either chicken, sausage or fish, good sized portions with potatoes or chips and vegetables of your choice. Good, basic food served canteen style. We both had the chicken which was tasty. The sweets were fairly ordinary with several milk based sweets such as rice pudding, flan and the like or several different types of cake. There was plenty of choice and they were well prepared. It was all self service and the tables were set out canteen style but there were several for 4 people. The tables were regularly cleared and everything was clean. We didn 't feel rushed at all. Gourmet food it was not but it was tasty, good quality and good value for money in comparison to other meals we had had whilst travelling through France. There were several families with children there and it was very suitable for them. We would certainly go again if we were in the area."
The restaurant also offers the possibility to sit outside and eat in beautiful weather, and there is complimentary WLAN. The rooms on site are accessible, and therefore no problem for visitors with wheelchairs or physiological limitations.
