"The hotel needs an update in two areas: room decor and food offerings. I recognized the frozen- then-microwaved food immediately. Or perhaps they don’t have a full kitchen? Soggy wings vs. crispy wings isn’t hard, you just need to follow directions or get a different piece of equipment. An upgrade here would be a great amenity to offer. Just by upgrading to a speed-scratch food service would be a huge improvement. Ask your food vendor for better options.The room decor is outdated but it did not affect our stay directly. I just seems there is a huge opportunity to upgrade a room at a time, offer them at different price points as you remodel the whole property. We love Ridgway and will be back in the spring. Hoping the hotel has made some improvements."
