"Had a really good meal when staying overnight in the hotel. Tasty food well prepared and presented. "Located on the promenade in Salthill, Galway. Lovely entrance and ample parking with a grand foyer into the Hotel. The dining room itself is big but discreet. The positives really stop there. The service really overshadowed the food. There were many staff on but none of them seemed able or allowed to take an order or bring food to the table. At one stage there were 5 staff on the floor but only one Lady taking the orders which created a long wait Seems crazy and would be a turn off for many. Fix this and you have a silver service restaurant that should tick the boxes."
