"Horrible Service. I did a mobile order of a double stack, super easy. Ordered 20 minutes ahead since I knew it would be busy arrived exactly when it was ready. They have it sitting on the to-go order rack, I can clearly see it. I go up to the pickup area and not a single person behind the counter even looks at me. I waited for 20 minutes as people were ordering at the cashier and getting fresh hot food before I could get my one cold sandwich, I didn't make a scene or fuss, and when I finally was given my bag I couldn't even ask for sauce she walked away so fast. Absolutely Unacceptable."

"This was my first and last time eating at this particular location. A group of us came and we wanted to pay for our food separately. A male employee rang one of us up and everything was fine, since it was a cash payment.One of the women rang the rest of the group up separately and decided to add her own tip, initially saying it was a 4% tip, but charged about an extra $30 in total. By charging each person $5-7 extra, that equated to almost 30%.I'll stick to the Taino's in downtown Newark."
