"Forellenzucht and Schlemmer-Lädele are located next to the “Waldhotel Forellenhof” which is known from a TV series of the 60s. Based on a tip from acquaintances, we returned there on a Saturday afternoon after a hike at the height. This is a medium-sized (large location between snack and restaurant) locality with connected sale of fish specialities. Many products are produced from own fish farming, fed by the fresh waters of the Oos. As the name already says, trout is offered in various types of preparation, as well as various other types of fish. According to our acquaintances, trout peacekeeping is recommended. However, we chose “Backed “Forellenfilet mit Mandel” and “Grilled Lachsforellenfilet” – a good choice. Both dishes were freshly prepared and quickly and hot on the table, which is particularly important for fish. Potato salads and mixed salads were prepared. Everything was very good and recommended. The service was extremely polite and polite, although the guest room was well occupied. In the connected sale there is the possibility to cover with different trout/fishing specialties for home. We find the prices appropriate for the freshness and quality of the products. Conclusion: Recommended if you want to eat good fish. Under certain circumstances, you may need to calculate a small waiting period until a place is free, as the place is well visited. At least we will be more open."

"You have to go there to experience the service, chat and the food not forgetting all the great wines from Italy. Have been quite a few times, the menu is always exciting, the owner (Orazio) is the catalyst, the speed which he goes around to every guest, checking, asking etc, service is fanfic, the food, let him tell you, you will not regret it, follow it by a beautiful Grappa. It was a complete restaurant but has changed to a really up-market wine bar, do yourself a favour, whilst in there look at the wines!!"

"Was there to eat a friend. They ordered both steaks. The meat was excellent, the supplements pommes and beans were very good. The salad served with it had a really delicious dressing and tasted really good. The service was accommodating and you were inconspicuous, but repeatedly asked if everything was fine. I can only recommend the restaurant."
