"Every time we go here, there's an issue. This time, we placed an online order and went through the drivethru. When I got to the window, they told me that I needed to go all the way back around because a trainee didn't put my order through when I was at the speaker, and that this was their policy. I refused as there was a long line behind me at this point, and they tried insisting that I move to the back of the line because of a mistake they made and that it was their policy. I waited 30 minutes for my food, and they still got it wrong. When I got my receipt, they marked that I got there 29 minutes later than I did to save their timer.
