"We went to this pub with my 4 and 2 year old children, as proposed by his sister pub royal oak, which was completely booked. it was a beautiful place and so busy in it could get. we ordered eating and also had gluten-free options. However, eating came very late, more than 1 hour after the order. I complained to the pub manager henry about the delay, especially when our children grunzed and complained. henry was very friendly with us and really understands the value of the customers. he apologised for the late and offered everything in the house. there is no reason why I should not visit this pub in future. a bad day can happen, don't worry. know how to deal with it and shows that they care about customers no matter what a huge plus is. many thanks to henry for their professionalism and attitude. we will see each other soon!"

"I asked for a plain chicken burger, I didn't only send it back twice as they continued to still send it out with the residue of the sauce but took it home and when I bit into it I could taste onion upon opening the burger up , it appeared the chef had attempted to wipe the salad and sauce off rather than cook me fresh , absolutely disgusting and shouldn't be working in a professional kitchen serving the public of he does not respect what they order and deliver it correctly."
