"Ok, I understand the call for social distancing. However, I waited outside this location while these guys finished up orders for 2 Door Dash drivers in the restaurant. Respectfully, I did not enter the establishment as the sign on the front door requested only 2 customers at a time. My pizzas had BEEN ready. I waited so long that I called into the restaurant to see what was going on, only to be put on hold when there wasn't even anything going on. The other gentleman had already taken care of the Door Dash orders and all they were doing was waiting. The young lady who put me on hold stepped over to brush flour off the dough machine while they chatted. Placed me on hold for over 3 minutes to do that. One of the Door Dash drivers stepped out for whatever reason and I proceeded in. Ridiculous! You guys need a better pick up for your customers that are not waiting for orders to be completed. 1star for customer service. 2 stars because the pizza was good."

"Very busy Saturday as usual here. with the waiting outside, the lines inside are a little confusing, not knowing what checkout, what sits and what is togo’s. but eating is always hot and properly prepared. I've adjusted the fab five. the eggs where perfectly cooked, I like protein and truthahnwurst. to a good job with special instructions too. that is worth waiting."

"I placed a call in order at 4:45 pm and the lady that answered the phone said it would be ready in 15 miniutes, i arrived at 4:58. There was only 2 people sitting inside and they already had their food. The lady behind the cash register saw me as I sat down and waited to be called. At 5:05 another lady walked in, it turned out to be another employee. She walked in and went behind the cash register and began talking with the other lady. They talked for over 20 minutes and didnot even acknowledge me. If my order was up, they never called my name. At 5:30 p.m. after being ignored for over 30 minutes I got up and left. They continued talking as i left. Very poor way to run a service business. Customer service isdead these days."

"I will never go to this place again. My order was 5.65 and I gave her a 20.00 didn't any attention to my change and she gave 9.00 and some change. I went to the Manger and she said we will to close and count the register . So she walked to the back before that was done. The young lady and a guy was looking at me and she open the register and took something out. When the manager count the register she in form me that was short I told her what but the young lady said she was putting her phone back. I should have sent my order back before because I ask for a meal. I looked in the bag and I said where is the hashbrown she said you didn't order a meal I said yes I did and some young lady gave me a hashbrown and I said we can rerun the order and like don't worry about it. When I said something about my change the manager said they gave you 2 hashbrown and I said know she gave me one. She well that should have been rung up I said I try to do that. The young lady that money she was really slow counting my change back so that why I didn't notice because my order was waiting getting cold. I told them when I left if you'll can live with I could live without. I told them they shouldn't have slow people that can't count. If I could have gave no stars I would have . This happened on June 29 at about 10:15 am"

"On August 23, 2023, I called to spoke the manager, (female Caucasian or Mexican), anyway, I told her , well, at first walk in for an orders two black females was doing great service and took the orders home and taste the fries was NOT done, and I called same day told her (manager Caucasian or Mexican) that, the fries not done completely and I told also, I wasn’t trying to be rude to her, y’all can’t cook fries, chicken,..etcs. It best for black sisters and brothers do the cooking because last time I went in to place my order I saw black people in the back and it was “PERFECT!”"
