The chef deserves to be known by his talent, he offers only fresh products, for proof a map offering around 4/5 admissions, 4/5 courses and 4 desserts. option to choose from menu or menu. very affordable price compared to the quantity and quality of the plates. (from 25 to 35 euros including entrance, dish and dessert). This chef makes us discover mixtures of flavors that we don't know, accompaniments of small vegetables, various purées, sauces. with an incredible taste, and its raw materials are of exceptional quality, it perfectly masters cooking...I haven't been going to the restaurant for years because too disappointed to always pay dear to eat banal things to see frozen. This chef has reconciled me with the restaurant, we have returned to each new card since our first visit and we have never been disappointed. all the more so because he's as gifted for his salty dishes as for his desserts, very impressive! and there I'm only talking about evenings at the restaurant.
