"This story will be a long one, so be patient! On December 23rd, it was very snowy previously roads were poor and i called Ricardos to see if they were delivering, and confirmed they were (I live less then 2 blocks away). I subsequently placed an order online where i received a callback stating itll take 1 1.5 hours due to weather, and they have to check with drivers as might send home early I get a callback shortly after saying all is ok if im willing to wait 1 1.5 hours for the food which i said perfectly understandable. At the 2 hour mark, have not heard anything, tried to call the store twice over five minutes and there was no answer at this point i was going to cancel and felt they forgot about us. At the 3 hour mark the driver finally got here, I felt bad and tipped well, but the food received was horrible hard as a rock and dry like it has been under a heat lamp for 3 hours (likely so, they probably made the food when order came in and not before it left). Here is where it gets more upsetting... I tried to call them no answer, went to their website and filled out their contact form twice, once the night of (when noone answered asking for a cancellation) and second two days later since i heard no response 6 days later now and still have not heard back when they state they will reply in 24 hours. At the time, the lady on the phone was kind and personable the food might be good (mine was hard as a rock couldnt tell) but there were opportunities here such as, why was there no follow up after 2 hours? why did noone answer the phone when we called? why is noone replying when sending communications through their online form? I sent a third reply now basically stating i am ready to put a chargeback through, maybe they will follow up now..."

"Edit: it's been about two weeks since I provided you with more details after your response so you could look into this for me.Unfortunately, No one has followed up!SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!I do not recommend this restaurant if you want to have a good experience! I had to sleep on this one to think about the review I was going to leave!There was no customer service and so many other things that were just so wrong last night!! When we first arrived it was not busy in there and we still waited some time to be seated. (There were only 3 tables of people in which two tables were couples. Then one more couple came in behind us! I believe there were a couple people in the lounge as well.I saw a least 3 waitresses. Not sure what they were all doing as they were never to be seen on the floor.So when the person finally came to seat us, she went to help the people behind us that came in after us. I had to interrupt her and excuse myself to tell her that we were here first!When we were finally seated, the table felt dirty and had to ask the bus boy (or whomever he was to have the table re-washed. I will add as well that there were a few dirty tables still sitting there uncleaned.We ordered a drink, one of them being pop the other being a glass of wine that took forever to get to our table.After we finally placed our order and received our food our waitress didn't even come to our table once to ask how our meal was or if we needed anything! (Seemed like the bus boy was doing the majority of the work including serving the food!! My partners food was warm! Part of my meal was warm as well. Seems as if they cooked or (maybe it was even microwaved the other stuff first and let it sit while they cooked my medium rare steak. (One would think that if you have rice or pasta that it would be served hot when you receive it! The waitress did not even come to check if we wanted another drink refill even though our glasses were empty! The only thing the waitress did was take our order. (The bus boy even served our food! I had to ask the bus boy for a refill on my drink (after he was finished helping the table beside us and then it was still forgotten about and had to ask again! I also had to ask the bus boy for some fresh grated cheese for my meal. Then again, I had to ask him for some horseradish to accompany my steak.No waitresses to be seen on the floor at all! Right after I placed my order, I went to go find my waitress to confirm that she knew what I ordered and thats where I saw them all socializing on the other side of the wall by the kitchen.We were even overcharged with an additional charge on my meal even though she was the one that suggested to order the way we did and that it would be the same price! She outright basically made me look like I was a liar because she said she didn’t know what I wanted! (like I said it was reconfirmed! I then discussed with her on how I went to confirm my order with her right after I placed my order with her!Just got excuses and the best one she had was that I got a free dessert (it was my birthday! We did get the bill rectified in the end.I will add that the food was ok but certainly could’ve been hotter!Again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant and we were very dissatisfied with the service we received and the experience we endured!Not happy and probably wont be going back again!"

"Ricardo's The Thai chicken pizza is our absolute favorite, although the special pizza is exactly that. Special! The store is clean and well run and offers its customers excellent service. I'm glad it's in our neighborhood!"

"Very good food and not too long waiting. Server very helpful, frinedly and courteous. Went there on a Sunday night to eat and watch SNF. As always a very nice time. Great atmosphere."

"I'm really sorry to sound harsh, but this was one of the worst pizza's I've ever had. I honestly think Pillsbury pizza pops taste better. I will say that their pizza is cheap, but you get what you pay for. The crust is flavourless and...has slightly chewy, but also mushy texture. They use like no sauce and it has no flavour. The veggie toppings are fine, but they go light on meat toppings. I would not return. There are far better options out there!"
