"I've worked in a number of restaurants in my life and heard horror stories from friends and family from the few I haven't worked in myself. Because of this, there are a number of restaurants that I refuse to go to any more. Ches's is NOT one of those restaurants. Not only did I watch as they brought in fresh product and checked it all to ensure the quality, but I also got to see and experience their strict rules for their staff in regards to cleanliness, quality of service, and quality of food. Because I got to see this first hand, I can honestly say that it's somewhere I would and have openly referred friends to."

"Colin and Angie are brilliant, nothing too much trouble, TBone cooked just as I ordered, New York Beef tasty, salad, fresh,. We were on tour from UK and this was the best meal of our holiday. THANKS"

"Expensive 2 piece fish and chips that was mostly a pile of dark brown fries. I realize thus place is a chain and more for drinking; however the waitress said they batter the fish theirselves so we opted to try. Greasy. Skip it and have...a beer instead!"

"This hotel is loud. You can hear every footstep down the hall, each door open and close, and everything your neighbor is doing in the bathroom. The hotel is undergoing significant construction. Rather than updating an area at a time, it is renovating most of the hotel at the same time while making little progress. The elevator, gym, pool, and laundry were closed. Wifi service is terrible. I was there with a group of pilots trying to rest for a flight the following day. There were girls' hockey teams staying there as well. Management did nothing to enforce an atmosphere of comfort within the hotel. There were teenagers running up and down the halls and slamming doors all night long. I checked out at 11pm (colleagues checked out at 7pm,) and the hotel charged all of us for the night even after acknowledging that they were not providing a reasonable level of customer service and profusely apologizing. This hotel and its management is substandard. I do not recommend this to anyone who wants a decent place to stay."
In pleasant weather you can even eat and drink in the outdoor area.

"Just off the main highway, Legends is tucked away in a hotel and doesn't really seem open with no windows or anything to showcase what's happening inside. Rest assured, it probably is, and you can head into a friendly bar to drink and snack. We went in the early evening and it was very quiet we missed trivia night by a few hours. Service was friendly, prices were incredibly reasonable and although we didn't try the food, someone around us did and it looked good. Typical bar snacks kind of menu. Fun place inside a slight retro look, celebrity photos on the walls, a stage for performances and a some VLT's. Good place to grab some drinks and snacks."

"Very good food. Very good customer service and was clean. Only down fall was the lack of food in stock (no bread for the toasting machine, no children's dessert for their kids meal and out of stock of a couple main dessert items). For being in business for a while I would think they could forecast product inventory better"
