"Overall food was very nice and will definitely order from them again. Only getting 4 stars though for two reasons, honey sauce for honey prawns was watery and lacked flavour. Other reason is we ordered the 'Explosive Combination ' which states as being very spicy. I called them up to check how spicy as the hotter the better for us. They suggested I tick the box to make it extra extra spicy which I did. Unfortunately upon receiving I struggled to find any spice at all."

"I ordered the steak meal, which came covered with a fat piece of meat and over boiled small burned kartomas with too much rosmarin. about half through the meal the waitress came by to ask if we enjoy our eating (as they do). I was honest about it and she apologised and asked if I wanted a new steak, so I said yes. She took my plate away and about 5 minutes later came the manager with the plate and said I had eaten too much of it, so they wouldn't replace it. at this time my meal had been passed through the restaurant by the waitress, chef and manager before she returned to me and it was also cold. please do not have their waiting personal offer a meal and then refuse it. I just finished what I had. but not after my meal had made a sauce of the restaurant, so I was no longer interested and left the place still hungry. the meal was much too expensive for what it was and due to this terrible service I will not be back."

"Was surprised to return after 20 years and yes no more Bear Steakhouse, No big pieces of Steak you can enjoy, was a big let down. They should really change the name to Bear Asian House, because that's basically it. Price was great and service was fine. I just wished it was real steak like before.
