"I would usually go for 5 stars. this is my favorite breakfast. Unfortunately there was a challenge in the kitchen and it took a lot more time than usual to reach our food."

"If you happen to be upstate or in Albany, NY you MUST come here!We took my dad here for his Birthday dinner this past weekend because he says they have the BEST Veal Parmesan. (I personally do not eat veal but he and my brother do As he said the Veal Parm is the BEST!!!The portions are HUGE and the food is excellent. Our server Jack was very attentive. Meals come with a choice of soup or salad and they bring fresh hot bread! LUV that! Great place! They have been around for many many years so they know what they are doing! ??"

"My daughter and I were just in there it was empty. I ordered a large ice tea had to tell her 3x large iced tea. What do I get a large iced coffee. The 3 woman working in there looked like they were on drugs. How the hell do you screw up a large iced tea. Stupidity at its finest."

"Most of the food was very bland. We tried the chicken shawarma plate, chicken over rice, kafta kabob plate, chicken shawarma sandwich, beef shawarma plate, large cheese pie, Kinney balls, pita, baba ghannouj, grape leaves, shanklish, borka, zaatar fries, falafel, seasoned potatoes, and french fries.The chicken and beef over rice dishes were especially bland, no flavor at all. The chicken shawarma sandwich was literally just dry, over cooked chicken with a TON of garlic sauce in a pita. It was not edible, I took two bites and gave up. The fries, both plain and seasoned, were nasty. They came out undercooked and cold, the plain ones were completely flavorless (not even salted). The water was also overly chlorinated, drinkable but ehh.The cheese pie, cheese rolls appetizer, grape leaf appetizer and kibbeh balls were alright. The pita was the only thing we loved, it was very soft and warm.The service was also poor, they had one waitress at dinner time for the entire restaurant."
