"Amazing experience. We were greeted and allowed to move around the 3 dining rooms to find a space that suited us since we arrived just before the crowd. Our waitress saw that we wanted to share food and enjoy a tasting experience and really went above and beyond to make that happen for us. We loved everthing from the different plates and recommendations, to the drinks, to the after dinner espresso with Biscotti and limoncello infused ice cream. It was one of those dining experiences that was outstanding and connected."

"The venue and ambiance was very nice and welcoming. The restaurant was far from being fully occupied but it still took quite awhile (more than 30 mins) for the main entrees to come out. The food wasn't the greatest chicken was undercooked, ribeye was well cooked but poorly seasoned."

"Food quality has gone down significantly with the exception of the shrimp cocktail. As always, Tom on the piano was wonderland and Jack, our waiter was hysterical with his jokes and perfect! We’ve been coming as a group for close to 20 years. The Parmesan Risotto was gummy and I sent it back. No one at our table liked their Prime Rib and barely ate it. The steak medallions were “meh”. We all agreed a better steak dinner could be had at Longhorn for half the price. We’ve all served at high end steakhouses in Chicago so we know what we’re talking about. The ambience and service are always top notch at 240. No need to respond with the standard “thank you for your input, blah, blah, blah”. Feel free to give an honest and true reply to me privately. Thank you."
