"I ordered the black bean burger and brussels sprouts. The brussels sprouts came to the table topped in bacon. I said I was a vegetarian and please bring me some without the bacon. They left it on the table so I don 't know if I was charged for them or not, as my husband didn 't let me know. The black bean burger was good, but I asked for a lettuce boat meaning replace the bun with lettuce. I was given two very thin pieces of lettuce. They made an effort, but not a good one. I expected at least a few pieces of lettuce. I don 't think these tiny towns know how to accommodate vegans. It 's surprising since Salt Lake City has so many restaurants that do."
