"Braun's fish kitchen is actually an institution in Koblenz. We have been there for several years. At the first visit we had ordered the Sylter plate and afterwards we had to consider what to order so that you can at least realize that you had eaten something. Maybe it was coincidence. So we were there again today and it was just ridiculous how tiny little the 3 fish fillets were. In our opinion, that was no longer recommended. Braun's fish kitchen is actually an institution in Koblenz. We've been there for a number of years, full of anticipation. On our first visit we ordered the Sylter Platter and afterwards thought about what to order so that you could at least notice that you had eaten something. Well maybe that was a coincidence. So we went again today and it was just ridiculous how tiny the 3 fish fillets were. That's it in our opinion not to be recommended anymore."

"English short version: - ice was good- seafood salad was good- pizza was way too saltyfood: Okish.Customer service: i thought it was ok, but then...Employe destroyed trouser (had a good intention but imperfect for that i have to pay now). a dinner costs instead of 20 eur now 100eur. it was an oil stain which i could have washed out with other means but thanks to the employee’s good intention, my trouser is broken now. don’t trust anyone’s experience, ok, but what made me the bad rating is the owners handling of the situation when i called. i expected an apology or anything at all. but in return they hang up twice on me, did not pick up the 3rd and told me, that it’s my problem and they aren’t responsible for their employees actions. i’ll talk to my lawyer now.Leider extremely bad customer experience and the reason is enough to 1. no longer recommend the restaurant and 2. never go there again. this kind of attitude to customers, I didn't like to undermine. The pros:- nice decoration, good ice cream con:- pizza salat was salted - oil stain on the pants (I passed when eating). coworker recommends to make spueli on the spot. I ask 2 times if it really doesn't have a spot behind and really works because the pants are expensive and cost a lot of money. yes, no problem. the next day: a spot and pants broken. I'll call to sign what it's about. restaurant owner? says word for word that it is my bad and he is not responsible for his associates. I'm talking to a lawyer now. the least that I expected would be an apology or an apology. but instead, both the owner, so also a lady who works there (maybe the wife) simply laid down."
