"Had the Gold Menu for £30 and went for the Crustacean Platter as the Main which was amazing as was the starter and dessert. Great wine also. An all round very satisfying experience (including staff) that I would willingly recommend to any shellfish lovers."

"I have removed the golden lions 4 my own man and our two close friends a night of a kiss. we came to the old lions and were met with so much greeting that the land lords could not have been more beautiful or helpful (. 1st place where we have ever stayed, where we were so welcome. ) the rooms were clean with fresh towels. eating was fantastic and they could not help us when they tried. I can honestly say that this place is brilliant and I can't wait 2 coming back in a few weeks.This place with its great location its brilliant rental and coworkers is the best so if they want to go a beautiful inviting tempo.we loved every minute."
