"I have been to Claire's gallery twice in the last month one for a friends birthday dinner an the other for a foodie event. Both times I left feeling extremely satisfied and happy with the food that is served here and I would recommend this place based on my personal experience as the ingredients that they use are all fresh and delicious! The meats are succulent and marinated well and the sashimi was fresh too. I also loved the beef roll and salmon roll!!<br/>I definitely recommend their Seafood sizzling beef dinner menu if you want to get a taste of everything!!"

"Empty on arrival, 1 staff member eventually approached us once seated to get drink order, the other staff member just sat on their backside and didn't move for over 30mins. Took 10 mins to get coffee order, average coffee. Had ordered 2 Bloody Mary's, took 20mins as waitress broke one glass had to start again, they were unpalatable, thick homemade passata with onions, NOT Tomato juice, was taken away. Another 20 mins for meals to be served, eggs overcooked, fritters were soggy hardly any corn it them, Turkish bread not toasted or buttered. Scrambled eggs overdone and watery, ok flavour. Food served cold. Waitress was stressed out, she had advised us she should have told us not to order Bloody marys she also didn't know how to make Turkish Tea. Paid $70.00 for terrible food, was a terrible experience, won't be back."

This place hasn't been open for long and every time we've walked past it's seemed busy, so it was time to see what the fuss was about. With coffee from Melbourne's St Ali and an excellent range of pastries from Black Star Pastry the start was promising. Coffee was bright and reviving, caramel balanced with plenty of acidity, and a steal at $3. "Good gelato (great waffle cones! , decent coffee, ok cannoli, average service. I had their rum-raisin and vanilla gelato, it was very nice. I enjoyed the cappuccino, unsure what brand of coffee is used but it's pretty good. They ran out of their traditional cannoli, so I decided to buy the ones that were filled with gelato. They're alright but you really can't go past the original. My biggest issue was the staff. They were a little rude and very short with us, but at the end of the day we only had to interact with them for a couple of minutes before we went and sat outside. Ample seating is available. Over all I thoroughly enjoyed the sweets on offer, but the staff need to put a smile on their face and make it look like they want to be there."
