"A few weeks ago we were since we live nearby, that day the waiter gave us bad service but really good food, very good sandwiches. I say again that amazing sandwiches, but very bad service from the waiter"

"It's not the same as before. Disappointed with the deal and in addition to the long wait. First they told us that there was a problem with the orders, that they had not arrived in the kitchen. Either the problem belongs to the sender, or the problem is in the kitchen or you have to change the devices where you write down the orders. With which there is a quite evident lack of communication. They could be more attentive in this regard. It was a small table, there were only 5 people. And we had to wait more than 1 hour. It was to have at least one detail for the inconvenience. Some olives, some potatoes, some drinks while you wait... But they even took time to serve the drinks, so we had to go to the pool bar. I reported it, obviously outraged... and in a very bad way the man at the bar with yellow glasses told us not to come back. Then they brought everything to us at once. We hadn't finished finishing the first dish and we already had the seconds on the table. We asked if they would please bring it to us when we finished since it was cold and there was no space on the table. I thought it was very expensive for the service we received.... I have to say that the place for me is one of the best, and the food was very good. Also mention two of the waitresses who were super polite and a young boy who was also very attentive. It is a pity. I've always celebrated my birthday there, but I don't go back anymore... a big disappointment. I had always recommended going there. But they are going to have to make a lot of changes to improve it...."
