"I was in this place 10 years ago. It was very famous at that time. Today I was surprised to see it is there. This is definitely a good symptom. We had a light lunch to warm up for Christmas Eve. The food is good with generous quantities and service is super. The only complaint from me is related to the Gastrodia Duck Soup. For somehow I felt thirsty after that. Not sure if they put too much MSG on it."

"Massive pho portions and plenty of seating in this vietnamese restaurant. the famous 1lb short rib pho was pretty good with large portions. my leftovers overfilled the take out container. would come back to try other dishes/pho.1lb short rib pho, thin noodles: short rib was tasty but a little hard to eat. large portions. broth was tasty. would get thick noodles next time since thin noodles fell apart. prefer sliced beef in pho over short rib."

"We ordered their seafood pancake, galbi jjim, fish roe soon tofu for normal dishes and we also did BBQ with the jumuluk and pork belly. The portions are quite large so we had too much food but I just wanted to try so many of their options. I really liked the seafood pancake and galbi jjim. The galbi jjim was super tender and fell off the bone. My sister likes their fish roe soon tofu since she is a big tofu soup kind of person. The BBQ was not bad though pretty expensive. I think I liked the pork belly more but in general I might just order the dishes for next time. Note that they cook the meat for you (and for the pork belly they dip it in the sauce for you first) so I'd wait for them to come do it instead of potentially burning your expensive meat. Also loved the side dishes especially the apple and glass noodles. There's also a bunch of signs about car break-ins being common in the area so don't leave anything valuable or electronic in your car. It must be a recurring issue since they have huge signs and so many of them at the entrance of the restaurant, they even ask you before seating. I did see broken window glass on the floor of the parking lot so I'd be safe and not keep valuables in there."

"Ribs are overcooked, dry and almost black in color. Not hot, just warmed up. Unbelievable. Looks like they cook ribs in the morning and keep for hours in warmers. "Walked in thinking that I was going to be able to get a quick drink and go. Turned out to be more like a 25 min wait after making my purchase. (Mind you, they 're short with staff. The cashier/waitress rings up the next person in line, which I have no problem waiting. She then gets a phone call for an order and puts in the order. Two families come in and goes to them and get their order, while telling me your drink is almost ready. She completes getting their orders and goes to the cash registry. At this point I 'm irritated and need to get back on time before my lunch is over. I go to her and tell her I 've been waiting and have not gotten my drink. I see her go to the kitchen and hear the sound of ice and blender. She comes out with my frappe and I finally leave. To which I have to say, my frappe tasted water down and bitter. This review is based on the lack of managing customer service."
