"I prefer business operations over one owned by Hivee or other food/gas station companies... I'm not sure how these other companies balance their employees, but I know how Starbuck's company is doing. And it shows! Everyone is always comfortable and well trained. Such a relief to go into a place get exactly what I ask and served with such pleasures that do not feel “fake nice”... only really nice people make good coffee, consistently. Thank you."

"We visited the altoona mcd at 9 o'clock on June 30, 2017 and had a very positive experience. the staff, especially the women at the theke, worked quickly to complete all orders. I thought it was remarkable because too often they see that fast food workers break out. the food was good and the service was fast. many thanks for their effort, it was not unnoticed."

"Visited drive thru on a Saturday just before 3 p.m. I waited at the intercom at least 10 minutes no greeting. I saw someone take garbage out so decided to pull up to the drive thru window maybe they had an issue it was raining out. Waited at the window for 10 minutes inside I could see 3 gals running around thought must be busy. After 10 minutes one gal opens the window and yells at me were closed saying she has a sign on the front door. I told her that I came thru the drive thru and there was no sign. She then told me it must of fell off in the rain. I told her there were cars behind me waiting too. That did not phase her she just shut the window. Last and final visit."
