"Richard is there every morning to make sure the commuters get their coffee. I don't think he'll stay a lot after the hour. always friendly and the coffee is good. very popular with london commuters, there is often a long wait queue, but he usually ensures that everyone gets a cup before the train leaves"

"The new renter, ben, just recently took over and really went out of his way to make us feel at home, even a kiss that he had just bought for his own bed when we were short. the breakfast was great with many options and again had ben the effort to get in gluten free options for us when I added this to our booking instructions. the rooms are new and have everything they need. with a slightly softer bed (which I think ben plans to fix), this would have been a 5-star rating. I would definitely recommend"
